Account and your data

How your images are stored

Who can see your images, where they are kept, and what we do not do with them.

From Plien Roob — AI model photography for online stores

This page covers the same ground as the privacy policy in plainer language. If the two disagree, the privacy policy is the document that applies.

Where images live

  • Image files are kept in private storage. There is no public address anyone can open.

  • When you view an image, a temporary link is created for that one view, and it expires after 15 minutes.

  • Libraries are separated by shop. Someone outside your shop cannot open your images — except images you turn on "True to the photo" for yourself, which anyone with the link can open until you turn it off.

  • All connections are encrypted.

Hidden data is stripped for you

Photos from phones usually carry hidden data inside the file, such as where they were taken, when, and on which camera. That data is removed automatically during upload, before the file is stored.

What we do not do

We do not use your images in our advertising.

We do not sell your images to anyone.

We do not use your images to train AI models.

Who owns the generated images

You do. You may use them commercially without limit, and we claim no ownership. The exception is images made on the Free plan after your first one, which carry a watermark embedded in the file.

Asking for images to be deleted

There is no delete button on screen yet, and automatic deletion is currently switched off. To have images or data deleted, message us on LINE or by email and we will reply within 30 days. We state this plainly rather than let you assume a system exists that does not.

Photos with people in them

  • They must be of adults. An automatic age check runs before they enter your library, and photos that do not pass are held back and cannot be used.

  • You must have the right to use the photo, and you confirm consent before uploading.

  • Do not upload photos watermarked by other sites, photos belonging to photographers or brands that are not yours, or photos of other people's faces without permission.
