Plien Roob is operated by Pongpat Kasemsanrudee as a sole proprietor, at 35 Soi Srinagarindra 40, Nong Bon, Prawet, Bangkok 10250, Thailand.

You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's consent, to sign up.

Each email address may claim the free trial credits once, ever. Opening new accounts to claim free credits again is bad-faith use.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.

Everything you do costs credits. The number of credits a job will use is shown on screen before you press generate, every time.

Purchased credits never expire, and they are not clawed back if you cancel a monthly plan.

If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

Credits are not currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Payments are handled by Stripe, an international payment processor. We never see and never store your card number.

Displayed prices include tax. If prices change we will announce it in advance, and the change does not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

Credits you have already spent cannot be refunded, because the processing cost was paid to our providers the moment you pressed generate.

Credits you bought but have not spent at all can be refunded within 7 days of payment.

Request a refund on LINE at @639sbxcm with the email you signed up with. Money is returned to the original payment method and usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If our system malfunctions and you lose credits without receiving an image, tell us — we restore those credits, and that is not counted against the 7-day window.

You must own the images you upload, or otherwise have the right to use them.

Do not upload images watermarked by another site, images belonging to a photographer or brand that is not yours, or images of another person's face without their permission.

Images containing a person pass an automatic age check before entering your library. Images that do not pass are quarantined and cannot be used. A check that fails to complete counts as not passing.

Before uploading an image of a person you must confirm consent. We record the full statement you saw, with a timestamp, and you can download those records as a file from Settings.

You give us permission to process your images only as far as delivering the service requires. We do not use your images for advertising, do not sell them, and do not use them to train AI models.

The images you generate are yours. You may use them commercially without limit, and we claim no ownership.

Images generated on the free plan carry our watermark embedded in the file itself, except the first image each account generates successfully. The watermark is not merely overlaid on screen, so it cannot be removed. Upgrade to receive every file without a watermark.

Every image is AI-generated. Some selling platforms have rules about disclosing AI-generated imagery — check the rules of the platform you use.

We do not guarantee your images will be unlike images other users generate: the model, scene and pose libraries are the same set for everyone.

When you turn on "True to the photo", you confirm you have compared the product in the image with the real item. The statement on that page is your shop's confirmation, not a guarantee from Plien Roob — Plien Roob does not check each image against the real item.

You must have the right to show the photos on that page publicly, including the rights of anyone who appears in your product photos.

Do not use that page for products that are not yours or to mislead buyers. We may turn off a page that is misused without prior notice.

Some marketplaces do not allow QR codes or outside links in product photos. Check the rules of the platform you sell on before posting.

Do not use the service to create pornographic imagery, imagery involving minors in any inappropriate way, or anything illegal under Thai law.

Do not create images that could be mistaken for real photographs of a real, identifiable person without that person's consent.

Do not attempt to break into the system, scrape it automatically, or exploit flaws to obtain credits without paying.

Do not resell your account or let others use it in a way that amounts to reselling the service.

AI output is inherently variable. The same input can produce different results, and quality depends chiefly on the source image you upload.

We do not guarantee results will match your expectations every time. Credits spent on a job that completed successfully but produced a result you dislike are not refunded.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where a change materially affects how you use the service.

The service may pause for maintenance, or because of something outside our control such as an outage at one of our providers.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches any of the terms above.

For serious breaches, such as uploading illegal imagery, we may suspend immediately without prior notice.

If we close your account and you have not breached anything, you may claim a full refund of unspent credits.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as expected profit, lost sales, or reputational harm.

These limits do not apply where Thai law does not permit liability to be limited.

We may amend these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page, and notify you by email or in the app when a change is significant.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and you may claim a refund of unspent credits.

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
