Accepted methods
Monthly and yearly plans are paid by credit or debit card.
On the Thai site, credit top-ups are paid by PromptPay, by scanning a QR code.
On the English site both are paid by card and billed in US dollars.
All payments are handled by Stripe. We never see and never store your card number.
Adding credits mid-month
If your monthly credits run out before the month does, you can buy more in one-off blocks without changing plan. There are three sizes, and how many credits you get depends on the plan you are on.
The $11 block gives Basic customers 100 credits and Premium customers 105.
The $21 block gives Basic customers 200 credits and Premium customers 250.
The $42 block gives Basic customers 400 credits and Premium customers 530.
On the Thai site these are ฿350, ฿700 and ฿1,400.
Top-ups are available only to customers already on Basic or Premium. The Free plan cannot top up — you need a plan first.
Receipts and payment history
Open your shop's billing page and then payment history. Every payment is listed there with its amount and date, alongside a button into the plan management page for changing your card, switching plan or cancelling.
Changing plan or cancelling
Upgrades take effect immediately, and the new plan's credits arrive with the new billing cycle.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is cut off mid-cycle.
Credits you still hold are not taken back when you cancel.
