An upload is refused
The screen always tells you why. There are only a few possible reasons.
The image is too small — the shorter side must be at least 480 pixels.
The image is too blurred, or the file was compressed too heavily. This usually happens with photos forwarded through chat apps and with screenshots.
Unsupported file type. Only JPEG, PNG and WebP are accepted, and the check reads the file's actual contents, not its extension.
The file is larger than 15 MB.
More than 30 files in one hour. Wait a little and try again.
A generation seems stuck
You can close the page or move to another page while waiting. We keep generating and save the images to your library. If an image still hasn't appeared after an unusually long wait, open the same result page again and the job continues from where it stopped. The exception is multi-product jobs, which still need their page left open.
The highest resolution images take noticeably longer. Give it time before deciding it is stuck.
If it really has been a long time, reload the page once.
Jobs that time out refund their credits automatically.
Credits were taken but no image arrived
Failed jobs refund automatically. Reload the page and check your balance again. If it has not come back, open your usage history to see how that entry was recorded, then message us with the date and time and we will return the credits.
Text printed on the garment comes out wrong
This is what a small or soft source photo looks like. The AI cannot read the lettering, so it guesses and writes new words. The fix is to upload a larger, sharper photo — not to regenerate from the same one.
The product's shape or colour is off
Check the source photo first. Clearly arranged garments under even light produce visibly better results.
Try premium quality with Product to Model, especially on finely patterned fabric.
For complex garments, reshoot so the collar, shoulders and hem are all visible.
The result looks like another shop's
The model, scene and pose libraries are the same set for everyone, so we cannot guarantee your images will be unlike other users'. To make your shop distinctive, upload your own model photos and lock them across every image.
Paid but no credits arrived
Credits normally arrive within seconds of a successful payment. Reload the page once. If more than ten minutes pass with nothing, message us with the email you signed up with and the time you paid.
The page looks wrong or buttons do not respond
Reload the page once.
If that does not help, try another browser or a private window.
On mobile, if images will not appear, check your connection — uploading large photos needs a stable one.
