Account and your data
Account, shop and settings
Rename your shop, switch language, manage your email and password, and export your consent records.
From Plien Roob — AI model photography for online stores
When you sign up, a shop is created for you automatically. Your images, credits and history belong to that shop rather than directly to your email address.
What you can change in Settings
Shop name — the name shown across the system. Change it any time.
Interface language — Thai or English.
Account — takes you to where your email, password and profile picture are managed.
Consent records — download all of them as a file.
Changing language also changes the currency you are billed in. The Thai site charges in baht, the English site in US dollars.
What consent records are
Every time you upload a photo with a person in it, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and the full wording is recorded with a timestamp. This is legal evidence under personal data protection law that a shop must be able to produce on request. The download button is at the bottom of Settings.
Forgotten password, or cannot sign in
Sign-in is handled by an external identity provider. Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email. We never see or store your password, so we cannot set one for you.
Closing your account
Message us on LINE or by email with the address you signed up with. We will handle it and reply within 30 days, as stated in the privacy policy. Payment documents and consent records are the parts the law requires us to keep for a statutory period.
Still stuck?
Message us, and include the email you signed up with so we can answer the right question straight away.
