Refundable within 7 days if no credits were used, and system failures always return your credits.

When a refund is possible
If you have not spent a single credit from a purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of paying.
Credits already spent cannot be refunded, because the processing cost was actually paid to the provider the moment you pressed generate.
If something goes wrong on our side
Jobs that fail because of our system refund their credits automatically, with nothing to report. If credits ever disappear without producing an image, tell us — we return them, and that is not counted against the 7-day window.
How to ask
Message us on LINE, or send an email.
Tell us the email address you signed up with and the date you paid.
The money goes back to the method you paid with, which normally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Credits are not currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
