Getting started

How credits work

One unit across the whole system, the price shown before you press, and automatic refunds on failure.

From Plien Roob — AI model photography for online stores

Everything is priced in a single unit: credits. There are no hidden charges elsewhere. Signing up, uploading, viewing past images and editing an image before saving all cost nothing. Credits are spent only when an image is generated.

Price per image

  • Try-On · 2 credits per image.

  • Product to Model · 2 credits per image at Standard 1K, 3 at Standard 2K and 5 at Premium 4K.

  • Product Showcase · 3 credits per image at Standard 2K and 5 at Premium 4K.

  • Product-Sexy · 3 credits per image, at a single level, Standard 2K.

  • Ghost Mannequin · 2 credits per image at standard quality and 4 at premium.

  • Upscale · 1 credit per image.

  • Background Remove · 1 credit per image.

The Generate button shows the credit cost before every press. Pick a scene or a pose and the number on the button changes straight away.

Extras that add to the price

Scenes, poses and styling items are counted together as one pool, on a sliding scale rather than per item.

  • Nothing selected: no extra charge.

  • 1 to 2 items in total: plus 1 credit.

  • 3 to 5 items in total: plus 2 credits.

  • Choosing a model from the system library in Product to Model or Product Showcase: plus 1 credit at Standard 1K and 2K, and nothing extra at Premium 4K.

Models you upload yourself, and the button that reuses a model from your own earlier result, are both free. The model charge applies only to models from the system library.

Several images at once

  • Image Set gives you 7 images from one product: 16 credits at 1K, 22 at 2K and 34 at Premium 4K, plus 1 credit per set for a library model at 1K and 2K.

  • Batch jobs with one image per product: 3 credits per product at 1K, 4 at 2K and 6 at Premium 4K, plus 1 credit per product for a library model at 1K and 2K.

  • Batch jobs of 8 products or more switch to a flat 3 credits per image at 1K, 4 at 2K and 5 at Premium 4K, with the model and scene included.

When credits are deducted

  1. When you press generate, the credits are held, so your balance drops right away.

  2. If the job succeeds, the held credits are charged.

  3. If it fails or times out, the credits are returned automatically. You do not need to report anything.

Every credit change is written as a separate entry that cannot be altered afterwards. You can read the whole history yourself on the usage history page.

Credits never expire. What is left over from last month stays, and credits you buy on top do not disappear at the end of a billing cycle.
