A PicCopilot alternative for Shopee sellers: an AI photo tool that's still open

This page is written by the Plien Roob team, who make a similar tool to PicCopilot — said upfront for transparency. PicCopilot is really closing, this isn't a rumour — its own official notice on its pricing page (the "Click to view" button at piccopilot.com/pricing, which we opened and read in full on 2 October 2026) states that the site and service shut down completely on 8 December 2026. If your shop uses PicCopilot for product photos right now, this page lays out the timeline to know, what to do before the deadline, and an alternative still open for Shopee shops.

The notice says PicCopilot stopped accepting payments from new users from 27 September 2026, 22:59 Thailand time (23:59 UTC+8). Anyone already on a Pro or Pro+ plan still within its billing period on that date can keep using the service until 7 December 2026, 22:59 Thailand time, and will automatically receive a full refund for the billing period still in progress — no application needed — with refunds starting to go out from 8 October 2026 and taking about 30 days.

The shutdown timeline to know

  • 27 September 2026 (22:59 Thailand time) — stopped accepting payments from new users

  • 7 December 2026 (22:59 Thailand time) — last day to use the service and download your data

  • 8 December 2026 — the site and service shut down completely

  • Within 90 days of 8 December — remaining data is deleted (except what the law requires PicCopilot to keep, such as payment records)

Where PicCopilot's capabilities went

PicCopilot's notice says some of its capabilities have already moved to Accio Work, and recommends going there if you still have the same needs. Accio Work is an AI platform from Alibaba International, according to coverage from Digital Commerce 360 and PR Newswire that we read on 2 October 2026 (sources at the end of this page). The notice does not state a reason for the closure itself.

An alternative still open: Plien Roob

Plien Roob is an AI fashion-photo website built specifically for Thai online shops. The screens, the guides and the support channel are written in Thai from the start, not translated from another language. On the Thai site, prices are in baht directly, and every image-generation tool sits in one studio, switched with a tool bar.

How to migrate (do this before 7 December)

Before the deadline, do these three things in order.

  • Download the original photos you uploaded and your account data from PicCopilot before 7 December 2026 (22:59 Thailand time) — it cannot be recovered after that. The notice says a full data-package download, including order history, opens from 28 September 2026.

  • Check that the refund for your in-progress billing period reaches your original payment method (refunds start from 8 October 2026 and take about 30 days).

  • Sign up for Plien Roob for free, get a one-time 10 free credits with no card required, then upload the original product photos you downloaded and start generating.

If your shop sells on Shopee, your new photos also need to match the platform's size requirements.Shopee and TikTok Shop product photo sizes

Everything on this page about PicCopilot's closure comes from the official notice we opened and read in full on 2 October 2026. A provider's own pages can change at any time, so check PicCopilot's actual notice again before relying on an exact date or condition.
